RECOMMENDED DAILY ACTION AND MODE OF USE
A gradual transition to the new diet may be particularly useful in the case of cats with CRI. Cats with chronic renal failure who exhibit anorexia or inappetence should be specifically investigated for nausea and uremic gastritis. Room-temperature heated food can help improve palatability in the case of cats with difficult appetites.
If there is inadequate fluid intake, the wet formula of Feline NF is strongly recommended. It is appropriate to feed cats with chronic renal failure with Feline NF indefinitely.
