Feeding advice
The cat is a carnivore, and in nature, for thousands of years, its diet has consisted of many small meals made up of different prey such as mice, birds, fish, and insects, from which the cat gets everything it needs: protein, fat, carbohydrates, a small share of fiber, and 65 to 70 percent water. This is the reason why the cat instinctively does not drink: it gets water from its food supply.
At home as in nature, the cat's diet must alternate between different nutrient sources: red meat, white meat, and fish.
